Grading & Slope Correction in Granite Bay

Water goes where gravity sends it. If the ground around your home slopes toward the house, or a section of yard is dished so water collects, no amount of drains fully fixes it until the grade is right. Correcting the slope solves the problem at its root.

The "negative slope" problem

Ideally, the ground should fall away from your foundation for the first several feet — enough that rain naturally runs away from the house.
